The wind spinners are beautiful garden ornaments that will make the garden more cheerful with their unique colors and designs.  They originate from the wind mills and are also known as twister, spinner, twirler, pinwheel and eye-catcher.  The wind spinners are made of paper, plastic or metal wheel attached with a tholepin to a stick.  They are designed in such a way that they will spin when the wind blows.

Your wind spinner can be placed just about everywhere in the garden, or on the patio, or hanging from a tree, or maybe inside your home or office.  Outside the wind will blow them but inside you would need a rotating motor to keep your wind spinner moving so you will see the reflectivity of light from the sun as well as electric lighting shows a fabulous pulsating effect.
